Hoff's Fruit Crumble

dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Crumble Base Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen Fruit of choice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
Crumble Topping:
- 3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Almond Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Add Fruit to 9x9 baking dish, mix with Corn Starch, next stir-in Maple Syrup
- In a separate bowl mix Topping ingredients together
- Equally spread topping over Fruit
- Bake for 20 minutes uncovered
Hoff Thoughts: Some fruit ideas include: Cherries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Berry Mix, Pears, Peaches, Apples (add 1 tsp Cinnamon, cook for 40 minutes).
