Hoff's Thanksgiving in a Bowl
Serves: 2meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free
Ingredients:
- 24 oz Ore-Ida Homestyle Steam N Mash Potatoes
- Unsweetened Plant-Milk
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 15 oz can Organic Corn (rinsed & drained)
- 15 oz can Green Beans (rinsed & drained)
- 12 oz Pepperidge Farm Herb Classic Seasoning Stuffing
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 tbsp dried Onion Flakes
- 2 cups Soy Curls (rehydrated)
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Braggs Liquid Amino
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 2 packets Simply Organic Vegetarian Gravy
Directions:
- Prepare Mashed Potatoes according to package substituting Plant-milk & seasonings
- Add enough Milk to reach desired consistency, set aside
- Meanwhile, in small sauce pans, heat Corn & Green Beans or use the microwave (you do you)
- Mix rehydrated Soy Curls with Braggs, Nooch, Corn Starch & Poultry Seasoning
- Layout Soy Curls in single layer on a cooking tray, air-fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
- Prepare Stuffing according to stove-top directions (skip the butter, it’s fine & I skip everything else & use Vegetable Broth & Onion flakes)
- Prepare Gravy according to package
- You’re done - assemble your bowl!
- Cranberry sauce is optional
- Season with Salt if needed
