Onion Rings
Yields: 2 servingsdairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 large Sweet Onion (sliced)
- 1 cup GF Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- Water
- 2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
Directions:
- Whisk together Oat Flour, Yeast & Seasonings
- Add Water & stir until a pancake-like batter is reached
- Add Panko crumbs to another shallow dish
- Dunk each Onion Ring into the wet batter, followed by Panko crumbs
- On a silicon lined baking sheet spread out Rings
- Air-fry at 475 degrees for about 15 minutes or until crunchy
