Hoff's High Fiber Gluten-Free
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients
Directions:
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup Whole Oats
- 1/2 cup Brown/White Sugar
- 1/4 cup ground Flax Seed
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 (15 oz) can Pumpkin
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In large food processor combine dry ingredients (except whole Oats)
- Add wet ingredients (except Blueberries) to the dry mixture, combine for 30 seconds (not too much)
- Fold in Oats & Blueberries
- Scoop batter silicon Muffin pan & bake for 15-20 minutes
