Vegan Ranch Dressing
Yields: about 3 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Organic Silken Tofu (drained)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-base Milk
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp. minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Dill
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- Using a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
- Keep in the fridge up to 1-2 weeks
