meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Rice Blend
- 1 cup Brown Lentils
- 1/3 cup shredded Carrots
- 1/3 cup Spinach
- 1/3 cup chopped Red/Orange Pepper
- 1/3 Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. minced Garlic
- 2 tsp. Chicken Broth Base
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together in IP
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button
- Decrease cooking time to 10 minutes
- When done, use natural release method for at least 10 minutes
- Stir & dig in!
Hoff Thoughts: Serve with steamed veggies like Cauliflower or Broccoli.
