Energy Bars
Yields: about 8-10 barsdairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 1/3 cup canned Pumpkin
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Craisins
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix together first three ingredients (wet ingredients)
- Then mix in remaining ingredients
- Spoon batter into a 9X9 glass/silicon baking dish, level out mixture and press down to pack the bars together
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set-up
- Cut into equal bars, store in the fridge or freezer
