Hoff's Tomato Tortilla Soup (IP)

Ingredients:
Directions:
- 6 small Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups Veggie Broth
- 2 - 15 oz. cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. minced Garlic
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- Season with Sea Salt/Braggs*
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to IP
- Close & lock lid
- Set Pressure Valve to Sealing
- Select Manual setting on High Pressure & cook for 10 minutes
- Quick release pressure
- Using an immersion blender, blend soup for a few seconds, to make creamy w/some ingredients left whole
- When serving, place a few Tortilla Chips and or Onion on top of soup
