Ingredients:
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup chopped Mango
- 16 oz. jar Mango Salsa
- 1 15 oz. can Black Beans (w/liquid)
- 2 cups Water
- Season with Sea Salt
Directions (Instant Pot):
- Place all ingredients into the IP, stir
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Cook Manually on High Pressure for 3 minutes
- Manual Release
- Stir & Serve!
