Hoff's Miso Veggie Ramen
Serves: 1
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Water
- 1 block Ramen Noodles
- 1/2 cup of frozen Veggies of choice
- 1 tbsp. Bragg’s
- 1 tsp. Miso
- Using an electric kettle or heating element of choice, boil Water
- Meanwhile place remaining ingredients into a bowl
- Pour boiling Water over ingredients & microwave for 3 minutes
- Using a fork break apart Noodles
- Allow to sit for a few minutes to allow Noodles to fully soften & soup to cool
Hoff Thoughts: This makes the perfect lunch for me or a very quick & light dinner.
