Ingredients:
- 16 oz. GF Pasta
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 2 cups Brown Lentils
- 1 15 oz. can diced Tomatoes
- 1 6 oz. can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
- Prepare Pasta according to directions
- Meanwhile, turn Saute feature on IP and cook Onions & Garlic until softened
- Stir in seasonings
- Stir in Tomato Paste until cooked down, turn off Saute feature
- Add Broth, Tomatoes and Lentils
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Select Manual setting on High Pressure & cook for 15 minutes
- Natural release pressure
- Plate Pasta, top with Bolognese
