dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Oat Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 2 tbsp. Apple Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Using a high powered blender, blend Oats, Baking Powder & Salt together until a flour-like consistency is reached
- Turn speed to low and add remaining ingredients until combined
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes
- Dig in!
