Ingredients:
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 cup Brown Lentils
- 1 can diced Potatoes (rinsed & drained)
- 1 can Kidney Beans (rinsed & drained)
- 1 cup frozen Peas
- 1 Sweet Onion (half moon slices)
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Braggs
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Cumin
Directions:
- Mix everything (except Onions & 1 tsp. Sugar) together in the IP
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button & reduce time to 15 minutes
- When done, use manual release for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, caramelize Onions; top dish to finish
