Ingredients:
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 3 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups Cole Slaw Mix
- 1 cup Sauerkraut
- 1 Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup frozen Peas (thawed)
- 1 cup frozen Organic Corn (thawed)
- 4 tbsp. Braggs
- 1 tbsp. minced Garlic
- 2 tsp. frozen Ginger
Directions:
- Turn Saute feature on IP
- Saute Onions & Garlic until soft
- Stir in remaining ingredients in the IP
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button and adjust cooking time to 3 minutes at high pressure
- When done, use quick release method
