Yields: Perfect snack for two
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 5-6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. Mustard Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Place Potatoes whole into the Instant Pot, add Water
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button and adjust cooking time to 10 minutes at high pressure
- When done, use quick release method
- Allow Potatoes to cool before slicing into cubes and move to a large bowl
- Add Seasoning & toss to coat
- Transfer Potatoes to Airfryer
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes
