Ingredients:
- 2-14 oz. cans Artichoke Hearts in Water (rinsed & drained)
- 1-15 oz. can White Beans (rinsed & drained)
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp. Minced Sweet Onion
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Braggs
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth
- Bake in a small serving dish for about 15 minutes
- Sprinkle top with Nutritional Yeast just before serving
