Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Gluten-free Pasta
- 1 cup Grape Seed Oil Vegenaise
- 1/2 Red Onion (minced)
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tbsp. Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 tbsp. Pickle Juice
- 1 tbsp. Mustard
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- Black Pepper w/ Lemon to taste
- Paprika for optional garnish
Directions:
- Cook pasta to al dentde according to directions on package
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & allow to marinate in fridge at least one hour before serving
