Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 1 small Sweet Onion (half moon slices)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp. Braggs
- 1 tsp. Arrowroot
Directions:
- Prepare the Brussels by cutting off the end and quartering
- Whisk seasoning together in the IP
- Stir in Sprouts & Onions to coat
- Close & lock lid
- Set Pressure Valve to Sealing
- Select Steam setting on High Pressure & cook for 2 minutes
- Quick release pressure
