Yields: 4-5 servings
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 2 cups Arborio Rice
- 1 cup Gluten-free Spaghetti (broken into pieces)
- 2 stalks Broccoli (chopped) or Broccoli Rice
- 1/2 Sweet Onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp. Braggs
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together in IP
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button
- Decrease cooking time to 5 minutes
- When done, use quick release method, watch for liquid splatter
- Stir Rice, dig in!
