Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth, let sit for at least 30 minutes
- Pour batter into a Cuisinart Griddler
- Level using a spatula
- Bake for 8 minutes at 425°F
- Carefully remove with a spatula (at this point, the dough is fully cooked)
- Dress your pizza and cook in the oven at 400°F for another 15-20 minutes
