Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Split Peas
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 1 15oz. can Diced Potatoes (rinsed & drained)
- 1 15oz. can Sliced Carrots (rinsed & drained)
- 1 15oz. can Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup Smoked Sun-dried Tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tsp. Dried Onion Flakes
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- Season with Sea Salt
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients into the Instant Pot
- Cook Manually on High Pressure for 20 minutes
- Natural Release
- Stir & serve!
