Yields: 4ish cups
dairy-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Oats
- Optional 1 pitted Date
- Optional 1 tsp. Vanilla (great for cereal, not so great for cooking)
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender
- Blend for 30 seconds only*
- Strain through a nut milk bag*
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week
- Shake before using
