Yields: 12 Cookies
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Raisins/Cranberries
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
- Blend Oats, Baking Powder & Salt in a high speed blender until finely ground
- Pour dry ingredients to a mixing container and using a fork, stir in Maple Syrup, Apple Sauce, Chocolate Chips & Raisins/Cranberries
- Scoop batter onto parchment lined cookie sheets or silicon mat
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool
Hoff Thoughts: Use Almond Flour instead, for a more decadent, but higher fat, cookie.
