Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 cup Spinach (optional green add!)
- 1 cup Red Lentils
- 1/2 Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Braggs/Coconut Aminos*
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. Ginger (minced)
- Mix everything together in the IP
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button & reduce time to 15 minutes
- When done, use manual release method for 10 minutes, then quick release
- Mix in fresh Spinach until wilted down
- Serve over Rice
