Yields: 4-5 Servings

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Water
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 15 oz. can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- 1 15 oz. can organic Corn (rinsed & drained)
- 1 15 oz. can Mandarin Oranges in light syrup
- 1/3 cup Braggs
- Juice from 1 Lime
- Mix Water, Rice & Quinoa together in IP
- Lock lid in place and make sure pressure release valve is closed
- Press "Manual" button & reduce time to 5 minutes
- When done, use manual release method for 10 minutes, then quick release
- Stir in Red Onion, Chickpeas, Corn, Mandarin Oranges with Juice, Braggs & Lime Juice
- Allow to chill & marinate in fridge before serving
