dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen Fruit
- 2 frozen Bananas
- 1/2 cup plant-based Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
- Dump all ingredients into a Vitamix
- Using the tamper, push the ingredients into the blades
- Blend until smooth about 30 seconds
- Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze for hard serve
Hoff Thoughts: any frozen fruit will do, use your favorite - try black cherries, mango or peach!
