Yields: 3 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can of Garbonzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp. Garbonzo Liquid (reserved)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp. Tahini
- 2 tbsp. Mustard (optional)
- 1 tbsp. minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in Vitamix/blender (order not important)
- Use tamper (Vitamix) to push ingredients into blades
- Blend until smooth (1-2 minutes)
- Optional: Blend 2 ice cubes into the Hummus for a creamier result
- Store in fridge
