Yields: 5-6 servings

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Gluten-free Pasta
- 12 oz. frozen Cauliflower (thawed or steamed)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened plain Plant-Milk
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp. Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Miso (optional)
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Cook Pasta according to directions
- If Cauliflower is not thawed beforehand, steam in microwave for 4 minutes
- Place Cauliflower, Milk, Lemon Juice, Oats, Yeast, Garlic, Miso & Seasonings into a high speed blender
- Blend for 6 minutes
- Combine Pasta with Sauce
