Yields: 1 Pie
dairy-free, gluten-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 15oz. can Chickpeas (with liquid)
- 2/3 cup King Arthur Gluten-free Flour
- 1/3 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp. Almond Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, except Chocolate Chips
- Once blended, turn to low, add Chocolate Chips and blend a few seconds to incorporate
- Pour batter into glass/silicone pie dish
- Bake for 25 minutes or until pie is set and lightly browned
