Yields: About 3 Cups
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cauliflower Rice
- 1 cup Water/Plant-based Milk
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp. GF Flour
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Using a Vitamix, blend all ingredients together
- Serve over pasta, veggies, etc. and heat through until Sauce thickens (about 3 minutes)
