DIY Quick & Easy Almond Milk
Yields: 3 cups
dairy-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Water
- 1 tbsp. oil-free Almond Butter
- 1 pitted Date
- Optional 1 tsp. Vanilla (great for cereal, not so great for cooking)
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender
- Start low, then up to high quickly
- Blend for about 1 minute
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week
- Shake before using
AJ Thoughts: Only need 1 cup? Blend 1 cup of Water with 1 tsp. of Almond Butter.
