Yields: About 3 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 cup soaked Cashews
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup plant-based Milk (I use Almond or Cashew Milk)
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together using a high speed blender
- Allow to chill in frig
- Get your pumpkin on!
