dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of oil-free Bread
- 1/2 Avocado
- Sea Salt
Directions:
- Toast Bread
- Spread Avocado onto Toast
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt
Hoff Thoughts: To save the Avocado for the next day and reduce browning, leave the Avocado pit in and wrap in a plastic bag, refrigerating until needed. I am partial to either a multi-grain, sourdough or Italian bread that I get at my grocer's bakery.
