Yields: 6 cups

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 1 1/2 cup Red Lentils
- 1 cup frozen sliced Carrots
- 1 15 oz. can diced Potatoes (rinsed & drained)
- 1 small Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Season with Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients into the IP
- Close & lock lid
- Set pressure valve to close
- Set Manual setting at High Pressure for 15 minutes
- Natural release steam
- Remove Bay Leaf
- Stir & serve
