meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 2 large Russet Potatoes
- 2 tbsp. Water
- 4 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Pierce each Potato with a fork & microwave for 5 minutes
- Place in fridge for at least a few hours (not essential, but better outcome)
- Slice Potatoes into consistent sized pieces
- In a large bowl toss with Water to coat
- Add Yeast & Salt, toss to coat
- Spread evenly in Airfryer basket, do not layer on top of each other (may require more than one round of cooking)
- Bake at 360 degrees for 13 minutes
- Using a spatula, toss to expose uncooked Fries
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes, periodically checking for doneness
