Ingredients:
- 1lb. Brussels Sprouts (trimmed & quartered)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 tbsp. Braggs
- 3 tbsp. Honey Mustard
- 2 tsp. Arrowroot
- 1 tsp. Coconut Sugar
Directions:
- Whisk together Water, Braggs, Mustard, Arrowroot & Sugar
- Toss sauce with Brussels in the IP
- Close & lock lid
- Set Pressure Valve to Sealing
- Select Steam setting on High Pressure & cook for 2 minutes
- Quick release pressure
- Stir & serve
I finally got around to making these last night for our supper. So easy, so fast...and so good, yummmm.....! :-D
