Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Broccoli (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 frozen Ginger cube
- 4 tbsp. Honey Mustard
- 3 tbsp Braggs
- 2 tsp. Arrowroot
- 1 tsp. Coconut Sugar
Directions:
- Whisk together Water, Braggs, Mustard, Arrowroot & Seasoning
- Toss sauce with Broccoli in the IP
- Close & lock lid
- Set Pressure Valve to Sealing
- Select Steam setting on High Pressure & cook for 1 minute
- Quick release pressure
- Stir & serve
Another super easy recipe! Whipped this up last week and loved how it made a rich, thickened, one-pot sauce. I served it together with some Veggie Fried Rice for a nice-but-simple pantry meal. Keeper!
