I can't believe I"m the first person commenting on this. I've made these once before (with terrific results), and am making it again today, using my lovely, home-grown garden green beans. It's super delicious and easy -- this recipe is a KEEPER, folks...!!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesomesauce!
ReplyDelete3 minutes with natural release sounds like the beans would be very soft - softer than it looks in your picture. Were those in the picture cooked the same length? Would you know the time for crisp tender?
ReplyDeleteHey Happy Hippy!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of crisp beans - product of a canned bean childhood. So your astute observation is correct, at 3 minutes you're going to get softer beans, reduce the timing to 1 minute on manual, with a quick release to get the crisp beans you are seeking.
