Hoff Thoughts: I actually prefer this dish for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
I came here via an e-mail from Dr. McDougall. I hate recipe with a lot of ingredients and long prep time. I'm the type who'll eat baked beans cold out of a can. So, this is right up my alley. I've made it two days in a row since I saw it. It's great for days when I don't feel like cooking (which is often). I love it.
ReplyDeletepandomesticus - welcome the Healthy Hoff! You'll find a lot of minimal, low prep recipes here - that's just my style of cooking. I can't get enough of this recipe, it's become a weekly staple. Enjoy!
