Yields: 4 Burgers
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free
Ingredients:
- Special Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Vegan Mayo
- 2 tbsp. Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 tbsp. Ketchup
- 4 Veggie Burgers
- 4 Whole Wheat Burger Buns
- 1/2 cup shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Sweet Onion (minced)
- 1/2 cup Daiya Cheddar Shreds
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the Special Sauce, set aside
- Prepare Veggie Burgers as directed, adding Cheese during last few minutes of cooking to melt
- Toast Burger Buns
- To assemble, spread Special Sauce onto top & bottom Bun
- Add Onion to bottom Bun, top with Burger
- Top Burger with Lettuce
