Hello back!

Thanks for asking!  Well, my last name is Hoffman (hence the German references) and my friends nicknamed me Hoff and well I'm really into all things healthy, so the Healthy Hoff was born! I sign my posts as The Hoff as a shortened version of Healthy Hoff.  Make complete sense?  : /\ )
