meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 package Mei Fun Noodles
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 bunch Bok Choy (chopped)
- 1 sheet Dulse Seaweed (torn into pieces)
- 4 Scallions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. Bragg Liquid Amino (or soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp. Miso (dissolved in broth)
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 2 tsp. frozen Garlic
- 2 tsp. frozen Ginger
- Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients (minus Noodles & Lime Juice) in a pot and bring to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer, add Noodles, cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Finish with Lime Juice
