meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free
Ingredients:
- 4 bundles Udon Noodles
- 1 bunch Broccoli (chopped)
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots (chopped)
- 4 cups Veggie Broth
- 4 tbsp. Brown Rice Flour
- 4 tbsp. Braggs
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Mirin
- 1 tbsp. Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. frozen Ginger
- 2 tsp. frozen Garlic
Directions:
- Cook Noodles according to package, adding Broccoli & Carrots once water comes to a boil
- Meanwhile, in a medium pot bring Broth & Seasonings to a simmer
- Slowly whisk Flour into Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until Sauce begins to thicken
- Combine Noodles with Sauce
