Maple Vinaigrette

Maple Vinaigrette

Yields: about 2 oz.
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free

Ingredients:
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. (Red Wine or Balsamic) Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Mustard (optional)
  • pinch Black Pepper
  • pinch Sea Salt

Directions:
  1. In a small jar, shake all ingredients together
  2. Dressing will keep in fridge a few days
