Yields: 4 servings
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1/2 cup cooked Pasta Water reserved
- 2 bunches Swiss Chard (chopped & stems removed)
- 1 15 oz. can White Beans (rinsed & drained)
- 3.8 oz. sliced Black Olives (rinsed & drained)
- 1 Onion (half moon slices)
- 4 cloves Garlic (diced)
- 4 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Cook Pasta according to directions
- Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, satuee Onions
- Add Garlic for a few seconds before adding Swiss Chard & reserved cooking Water
- Allow to wilt down, about 10 minutes
- Stir in White Beans & Black Olives
- Mix in Pasta, Nutritional Yeast and Seasonings - serve!
