Asian Cucumber Salad

Asian Cucumber Salad
Yields:About 1 cup
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, gluten-free

Ingredients:
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp. Braggs
  • 2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Sesame Seeds

Directions:
  1. Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline, make long strips of Cucumber, slice around middle seeds
  2. Place slices in a medium size bowl & toss with Braggs, Rice Vinegar & Sesame Seeds
  3. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes before serving
