Ingredients:
- 1 English Cucumber
- 2 tbsp. Braggs
- 2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline, make long strips of Cucumber, slice around middle seeds
- Place slices in a medium size bowl & toss with Braggs, Rice Vinegar & Sesame Seeds
- Allow to marinate for 10 minutes before serving
