Yields: 8 small patties
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- 1 tbsp. Chickpea Flour
- 1 tbsp.Chickpea Liquid
- 1 tbsp. dried Parsley
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Using a Food Processor or Vitamix, blend Chickpeas, Flour & Seasonings until smooth
- Add Chickpea Liquid and blend again (this acts as a binder)
- Form into 8 small patties
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Hoff Thoughts: You can also brown these in a non-stick frying pan. Or, roll into balls and use your airfryer!
