Hofftella

Hofftella
Yields: 3 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free

Ingredients:
  • 1 15oz. can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
  • 1/2 cup pitted Dates
  • 1/3 cup Cashews
  • 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
  • 4 tbsp. Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Flax Seed
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt


Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender, such as a Vitamix
  2. Blend until spread-like consistency is reached (less than 3 minutes)
  3. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks
