Yields: 3 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 1 15oz. can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- 1/2 cup pitted Dates
- 1/3 cup Cashews
- 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
- 4 tbsp. Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp. Flax Seed
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a high power blender, such as a Vitamix
- Blend until spread-like consistency is reached (less than 3 minutes)
- Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks
