meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free, gluten-free
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 cups frozen Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 4 pitted Dates
- 2 tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp. Flaxseed
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions:
- Pack Spinach into blender or Vitamix
- Top with Blueberries, Dates, Flaxseed, Cinnamon & then Water
- Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds
- Serve immediately
Hoff Thoughts: I suppose you could use Peanut Butter with this recipe, but since I'm allergic to peanuts, I stick with the Almond Butter. Frozen mixed Berries would also be delightful.
