Yields: 4 sandwiches
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free
Ingredients:
- 4 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
- 1 lb Seitan (rinsed & drained)
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 medium Sweet Onion (chopped)
Directions:
- Cut Seitan into thin strips
- Lightly toast Buns
- Meanwhile in a large non-stick frying pan, sautee Onions until slightly brown
- Add Seitan to pan and stir periodically until slightly browned, 3-5 minutes
- Reduce to a simmer
- Mix in BBQ Sauce
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Divide "Pulled Pork" equally among 4 Buns
